A lot of us are self-conscious about how we are perceived. We may alter our behavior to better fit what we think the norm is.

But who are we really? And who can be the proper judge of how we are, how we act, and how we function?

For every single person you meet, they build their own understanding of who you are. Some may see you as smart and organized, others may think you’re lazy and dumb, and some might not even care enough to form an opinion.

Yet, we often believe we have control over how we are perceived and adjust ourselves accordingly.

Be yourself, because to everyone else, you are someone else.

Be honest guys how much more muscle mass do I need before people accuse me of not being natural???

I’m getting real tired of waiting and it’s hurting my small and fragile ego 🥲🥲😅

Today I went on Reddit to do the opposite of my coaching work. I went and spread as much bad advice as I could 😭🤣

Had a lot of fun making this video, check it out from the link in my bio or story 😎

**From obesity and low self confidence to muscle mass, strength and confidence. It’s been a long journey** 🤯

However doing a transformation like this is really tricky when you’re a beginner and you lack information.. this was one of the hardest parts in my journey.

That’s why I’ll showcase how I would do this transformation if I could go back in time today with all my knowledge. (Swipe to read!) P.S, there are many more changes I would do that I can’t fit into this post. Support this post for part 2 🙌

Swipe for 2 years of natural gains ➡️
Gaining muscle takes time, and ESPECIALLY if you’re a natural. 💪

Social media has warped a lot of people’s perceptions of what is achievable when it comes to muscle size & strength gains. What you see on social media is usually people on performance enhancing drugs, or top 0.1-1% genetics, which makes a BIG difference. 💡

That definitely shouldn’t be seen as an excuse to get mediocre results or not work as hard as you possibly can, even myself as a natural I use people’s unnatural physiques as motivation and something to strive for.
Just don’t be surprised if you don’t look like the hulk after a year or two of going to the gym, bodybuilding really is a marathon and not a sprint (unless you like needles).

Staying natural is worth it for 99.9% of people. You don’t want hormone problems, you don’t want your hair falling out, you don’t want increased blood pressure, or even acne.

Whatever you do, work hard as f**k, and then sometimes take a step back to reflect on how far you’ve come.

As usual, Lorrebrah.com for coaching. I offer free consultations ⭐️
