Bring me the problem & desire. Iâll bring the plan đ€đ»đ€
You donât need the expert vocabulary to work with me.
You donât need to know if what you want is called âtoning,â âdefinition,â âfat loss,â or âmuscle building.â Most people use those words differently anyway, and they overlap in many ways too.
What I need from you is just the truth:
How you feel right now. How your life looks right now.
What you donât love about it.
How you want to feel instead. How you want your life to look instead.
Iâll take it from there.
(If you are curious about the actual definitions, I broke them all down in a post further down my feed đđ»)
But itâs definitely NOT what I need from you! đ€

This question changed a lot for me, because if you let fear run the show, fear is deciding your life for you.
Be honest about the importance of what is it youâre actually scared of.
One random person in the gym having a fleeting thought about you?
Newsflash: they couldnât care less about you. Theyâre focused on their own workout, their own challenges, their own day.
You wonât know thatâs true until you actually give yourself the experience.
Thatâs the only way your body learns the thing youâve been telling yourself is a lie.

I used to be the queen of overtraining.
6-7 days a week, no exceptions. Long hiking day? Still went to the gym. Early morning flight? Set the alarm even earlier to fit it in before the travel day.
This my loves, was not discipline. It was fear. Fear of what would happen to my body, my progress, myself, if I missed a single day in the gym.
As always, my body eventually told me the truth I wasnât listening to:
Inflammation, exhaustion, pressure and low-grade anxiety that lived in the background of every single day because I needed to have the gym around.
The moment training stopped giving me freedom and started taking it away, I knew something was wrong.
Today I train 3-4 times a week. The rest of my movement comes from walking, hiking, swimming, doing things around the house like gardening and organising ~ things I also love and want to have space for, BESIDES the gym.
And Iâm the leanest, fittest & healthiest Iâve ever been. With LESS gym.
Most people think the hard part is starting to go to the gym.
But thereâs another side of that tunnel too ~ where the hard part is learning to go less.
Iâve stood on both ends, and everywhere in between. And I found the beautiful middle ground in it, the place that works, long term, in real life. The place that is fun, and that shows off on the outside AND the inside.
Wherever youâre standing in that tunnel right now itâs not wrong, thatâs where we start. Together. And where we find your way. đ

3 things that REALLY make a difference in your day, let me explain:
Breakfast Fuel:
If you skip breakfast, or go straight for your guilt food, you start the day already in a mental & nourishment deficit.
And your body it bloody smart, it remembers that! By afternoon youâre not just hungry, youâre trying to make up for a morning where you didnât actually feed yourself properly. Thatâs where the bingeing and the guilt later in the day very often start.
A balanced, fueling breakfast sets your whole day on a steady baseline, not a rescue mission.
Stop weighing yourself as the checkpoint:
The scale canât tell the real difference between muscle, water, and body fat. It canât tell you how your clothes fit, and how you feel in your body.
Itâs one number, and itâs reactive to things that have nothing to do with your actual progress ~ sodium, hormones, how much water you drank that morning, aaall the normal daily things!
If the scale is the only checkpoint youâre using, youâre missing the entire picture and with that very often also the progress.
Pre-decide dinner before youâre hungry:
Deciding what to eat while youâre starving and exhausted after a long day is exactly how the easiest, least supportive option wins.
Decide earlier. Have something simple and balanced already in mind, or already prepped. I live for easy, simple, balanced meals, thatâs what makes it totally doable for me in my day to day life (the fancy meals with 50 ingredients and 2 hours of cooking wouldnât last in my day to day life).
That way youâre choosing with a grounded nervous system, a calm brain and you do not let hunger make the decision for you.
None of these three things are complicated, and it doesnât have to be. Those are 3 simple things that actually move the needle, day after day. đ€
