Ni vet när man råkar korsa varandras väg i en millisekund och sedan är man fast? Det är som att existensen mellan två människor bara klickar. Det var vad som hände mig och Annso när vi först kom i kontakt via Instagram tack vare Mårten Granlund. I senaste avsnittet av Duktig Flicka Söker är det första gången vi faktiskt pratar med varandra på riktigt. Och känslan kring det avsnittet gör mig varm i hela kroppen. Annso driver den ideella organisationen Team Tilia som jobbar med ungdomars psykiska hälsa. I avsnittet pratar vi självklart om det men även om hur jobbigt personlig utveckling är, att navigera mellan ljus och mörker, rädslan för rätt och fel.
”Jag är expert på att sitta i ångest och navigera i mitt mörker. Men nästa nivå då, vågar jag hålla mig själv i mitt ljus?”
