There is something special about stepping away from screens and meeting in person âš
Yesterday, we had the opportunity to bring together much of our Swedish team at The Works in Stockholm. It was especially exciting to welcome Sanda, who joined us all the way from the UAE đ
As a company that helps organizations embrace AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and new ways of working, we see firsthand the power of digital collaboration. But days like these are a great reminder that some things are best experienced face to face. The energy, creativity, and connections that come from being in the same room are hard to replicate đ§Ą
Thank you, Ulrika Hedlund, Camilla Ahlstedt, Susanne Erkenmark, Natalie Navarrete, Ida Leufvén, Elsa Nilsson, Peter Hedlund, Yuhang Lin, Oscar Harjunmaa, Johan Strömberg, Sanda Mujdzic, and Erik Leufvén, for the great conversations, fresh ideas, laughter, and shared excitement for what's ahead at Storyals.

Many organizations are asking the same question:
How do you move from AI curiosity to real business impact?
Sulzer's Microsoft 365 Copilot journey offers an inspiring example.
Rather than rushing into a large-scale rollout, Sulzer focused on building understanding, exploring use cases, and helping employees discover where Copilot could create meaningful value in their daily work.
The result?
Around 80% of Copilot users became weekly active users, demonstrating that adoption is about much more than technology deployment. It's about creating confidence, capability, and ownership.
What started as cautious exploration evolved into a scalable, business-owned AI capability designed to grow with the organization.
A big thank you to the Sulzer team for their trust and partnership on this exciting journey đ§Ą

đ Is prompt engineering already becoming yesterday's conversation?
Prompting remains important, but we're seeing the next big shift in AI adoption emerge: Skills.
Instead of relying on employees to write the perfect prompt every time, skills package expertise into reusable instructions that Copilot and AI agents can apply consistently across the organization.
In our latest blog post, we explore:
â
What "skills" really mean in the AI era
â
The difference between People Skills and Agent Skills
â
How Microsoft is introducing skills across Copilot, SharePoint, Excel, and Copilot Cowork
â
Why leaders should start treating skills as business assets, not just prompts
