How to STAY GROUNDED?
Sometimes it is easier to say it than do it. Especially when we feel stressed and overwhelmed. Here are my 4 tips to you:
1. Follow your breath. If you can close your eyes, even better. Notice the length of your breath, the depth of your breath. Stay with it.
2. Once you identify your breath, allow your exhale to be longer than your inhale. It will take you to your parasympathetic system, allowing yourself to relax and ground.
3. GRATEFULNESS - what are you grateful for today?
4. PROBLEMO- think about a problem you have and be grateful for it. It makes you strive and brings vitality to your life.
