Jun Le didn’t learn calligraphy. He created his own style.

Diagnosed with autism at three, Jun Le found in calligraphy what words couldn’t give him — a way to express himself on his own terms. His freestyle, modern script is distinctly his own.

His parents Bob and Hwee Hwee saw that, and built around it. Since joining i’mable Collective, Jun Le has gone from sharing his work with family and friends to running a small business with the help of his parents.

Good design can go further than you think. 💡

When Lu-Lyn of collaborated with i’mable Collective, she didn’t just create a capsule collection, she designed a process that allowed persons with disabilities to be hired to produce the collection.

The result? A sold-out macramé collection that spotlighted the possibilities when you’re willing to think out of the box to explore how you can weave disability inclusion into your business process and model.
