Happy Labour Day.
I recall a conversation I had with a business owner on LinkedIn a few years ago. We discussed the challenges in upskilling the workforce, because workers needed new mindsets to activate the skills theyโd acquired in the classroom.
It is common knowledge, and almost a fact that many business owners are resigned to, that it is extremely difficult and nearly impossible to change a person's mindset. ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ. If you can't measure it, how can you change it?
In the years since, through my work at Mind Transformations, Iโve had the privilege of journeying with individuals who shift their mindsets to activate new skills and make a difference in their work, their lives and the lives of others. ๐๐
