💙What do you love about BFT Outram?
The community! To be surrounded with awesome people sharing the same passion and energy - plus the collective sigh of resignation we have when we see Alena pacing around with a stick in her hand and repeating at the top of her voice that the day’s Cardio session has NO recovery time.
🤍What is your favourite BFT workout class?
Balanced! It can be deceptively easy because of the lower tempo and light weights but when done right it is surprisingly challenging and I can feel my core ache for days after.
💙What has been your proudest fitness achievement so far?
Cultivating an indomitable mindset to take on challenges - cause I firmly believe that where the mind goes, the body follows. So set your mind to it and great things will follow!
🤍How has BFT Outram helped to achieve your fitness goals?
Coming from an endurance background, I tend to overlook the strength component of training. I also have not stepped into a studio for a long time. BFT Outram has given me the confidence, knowledge and practice necessary to feel at ease exercising in a studio and also to incorporate strength workouts as supplementary training into the other sports I engaged in.
💙What is your favourite post-workout meal?
Pad Kapow a.k.a Thai Basil Rice. It’s a one dish wonder for me.
🤍What do you do when you are not working out?
I’m always working out. At night I don’t even sleep, I practice “reverse planking” on my back for 8 hours straight.

BFT Outrams coaches & members are very approachable and friendly! Workouts shouldn’t be too serious and I enjoy that we make jokes in between our workouts.
🤍What is your favourite BFT workout class?
I love Beast Mode because I get to punch my partners😋 It’s always funny watching each other scream.
💙What has been your proudest fitness achievement so far?
Able to maintain a comfortable pace throughout Cardio classes. It’s all about focusing and controlling your moves while achieving optimal output!
🤍How has BFT Outram helped to achieve your fitness goals?
The coaches are very encouraging and provide motivation to me to slowly improve my personal bests in each class. But at the same time, they acknowledge our limits.

A bottle of Rokeby Protein drink in Chocolate Honeycomb. It slaps😩

I enjoy time alone, drinking coffee and exploring new places and spaces through travels.

How many hours do you need to sleep? 🛌💤 The answer depends on your age, lifestyle, and health!
From newborns to older adults, sleep needs change over time, but quality matters as much as quantity. 😴 Regular sleep is key to better focus, emotional health, and physical recovery.

Our Halloween party was a spook-tacular night filled with amazing costumes, laughter, and unforgettable memories! From the hauntingly good vibes to the fantastic energy everyone brought, it was a day to remember. 🍾
