Contrary to popular belief, you don't need fork out much of your time to workout. According to the Health Promotion Board, 150min of MVPA per week is all it takes to get your health back in track!
What is MVPA?
MVPA refers to moderate to vigorous physical activity. These activities elevate your heart rate above 63% of your maximum.
Examples of MVPA can range from brisk walking to jogging.
So how can you monitor MVPA?
Heart rate tracker can be used to monitor the intensity of your physical activity. Some fitness devices are able to do heart rate monitoring in real time.

Thank you for your support. Due to overwhelming response, there will be no distribution of the limited edition Silver Challenge tracker straps from 28-29 Sep at all roadshows (Tampines, Bishan and Ang Mo Kio). Silver Challenge trackers will still be distributed as per usual.
Affected participants will be able to collect the limited edition tracker straps at upcoming Mega Roadshows at Ang Mo Kio (11-13 Oct) and Punggol (25-27 Oct), or from selected 7-Eleven stores from November. We will notify you via SMS and push notification by 31 Oct 2019 when the straps are ready for collection.
