I find it hard to post myself only, when there are so many who make The Mom Bod what it is. The best thing about starting has been the feedback from our community- helping mums make themselves a priority, setting aside 60 min a day each week, has had such a positive 💫 impact on their day and for themselves.
Our workouts have grown from “workouts” to networking, mothers groups, education groups, buy sell swap arenas, an outlet for safe therapy sessions, friendships, social gatherings and more!

💥 Farmers walk is a whole body exercise that stimulates a number of muscle groups, including the quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, erectors, upper back, traps, lats, abs, biceps, triceps, forearms, and hand muscles.
