一个会颠覆每个人“人生意义”的音频。
听不听得懂不重要,用心聆听就可以慢慢体会到了。

每次聆听博士的音频,都好像是宇宙刚刚好符合当下的所需而安排的。
人生其是没有什么事,只要是我们头脑设定的目标与意义,都是小我继续再加深随伴业,然后继续无限循环,经历种种的无常,生生世世。
我记得博士说过,如果人生还有一个意义可谈,就是“醒觉”,了解“我是谁”,到底什么是“真实”?
而又不忍心让我们浪费这生宝贵的时间兜兜转转,用反复工程先让我们体会到“一体/真实”,然后通过“臣服和参”让我们从头脑落到心,回到“大我/奇点”,接下来就让生命带着我们走,让一体把我们融合。
只要我们有这个信仰,每个瞬间回到大我,感恩一切的发生,对待任何事物都是善意平等,这时就会发现生命中大大小小的奇迹,心会带着我们活出生命,该做什么都尽力做到最好,时时都活出自在,到最后有没有意义其实已经不重要了。❤️

Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana) ~ the power of Surrender 臣服
Bhakti yoga, one of the 4 main paths to enlightenment in yoga, is a selfless devotion and recognition of the Divine (Oneness/God/Transcendental Conciouness) in everything.
The ultimate expression of bhakti yoga is surrender to the Divine as one’s inner self; surrenders the ego in meditation/practice allowing it to subside into the transcendental consciousness.
Accept every good and bad things happen in life. Surrender ourselves to Divine/Oneness/God, let the inner self leading our lives with a grateful heart, not the brain, monkeys minds and emotions. ❤️

Since some of my yogi friends tagging me for a yogi smile photo, I decided to do a post after "hibernating" in IG for quite some time. 😇
I immerse myself in reading recently,《Think like a monk》,《Liao Fan's Four Lessons 了凡四训》,《Wang Yangming School of Mind 王阳明心学》etc. There's one common Think about all these books, everything started from our "Minds".
Our life is a reflection of our minds. It is not the world that shapes the mind, but the mind that gives reason to the world.
The mind is our most powerful tool. Every seed we plant in our minds will produce fruit eventually. Therefore if you correct your mind, be grateful and stay positive in any situation, the rest of your life will fall into place.
It can be as simple as a truthful smile a day. 😊

✅ Day 8: Restorative pose - giving back to yourself
Omg, I couldn’t believe that today is the last time of our challenge, time flies!
Recently I prefer to use blocks for Restorative Pose especially when I need a good stretch without using to much strength. 🙃
This is a form of giving back to myself after a whole day of taking care kid.
But to me, giving back to myself is more than that. It involves Self-Love, Self-Care and Self-Worthy. ❤
Set aside time for myself and do some activities I love helps me slowly recovered from my postnatal depression.
1) Acknowledge the pain and negative feeling.
2) Move into the intend to learn and slowly let it go.
3) Start a dialogue with my higher self. (Angel and demon conversation)
4) Do something I like or mix with people make me feel cherished.
5) Believe in karma; be present, be grateful for whatever I have.
Sometimes this process can go round and round, until I don't feel down anymore. But it's definitely a good way to give back myself a healthy mind and body.😊

Today is not a good Pincha day for me. Overall form wasn't good but still manage to hold for a few rounds.
There are many ways to back to the world:
• Spreading positive energy
• Volunteer abroad
• Donation
• Sponsor a child
• Take care of the nature
• Advocate for animals
• Teaching skill online
• Eat more greens and less meat
• Get yourself vaccinated
Simple action everyday can makes a difference.❤

✅ Day 5: Twist or bind - giving back to your country
Another Twisted pose inspired by . This is not as easy as it looks, haha!
I born in Malaysia 🇲🇾 but settled down in Singapore 🇸🇬. The craziest thing I ever did to give back to Malaysia is driving back for election when I was 8 months pregnant.😆 My husband needed to work and strongly against this idea. But I insisted, and even offer to fetch friends back to vote as many people couldn't even get a single flight or bus ticket.
Giving back to my living country can be as easy as taking care our own house, no littering, support reduce reuse recycle, support local, respect and help the community etc. As an enterprise, we try to grow our business and provide more job opportunities to the people while helping out clients to solve their problems.❤
