Did you know: Water is essential to allow the body to function at its best. When you are dehydrated, there are adverse effect on exercise performance such as:

- Reduction in blood volume
- Decreased skin blood flow
- Decreased sweat rate
- Decreased heat dissipation
- Increased core temperature

Such effect reduced maximal cardiac output and impairs work capacity in fatiguing exercise of an incremental nature, which, in turn, may contribute to earlier onset of fatigue in prolonged exercise routines.
