Some paddlers leave the boat, but never the team. ❤️🖤

A month ago, we shared our last paddle together at Kallang. Then came CCWC, and now, as Latin Dragons return to our home waters, there are three familiar faces missing from the boat.

To our three paddlers: thank you for every training, every race, every laugh, every challenge, and every memory we created together. You may no longer be sitting beside us in the boat, but the moments we shared will stay with all of us for many years to come.

Wherever life takes you next Elvira Lopez Lina Margarita Mahecha and Rosa Mari Negrete , we hope you carry a little piece of Latin Dragons with you. And whenever you’re back in Singapore, you know where to find us.

DAY 6 : ONE LAST 2K

The final day of racing at CCWC 2026.

One last time on Liyu Lake. One last 2,000m. One last chance to give everything we had after six incredible days of racing on the world stage.

Senior A Mixed – Small Boat

And with that, our racing at the 15th IDBF Club Crew World Championships came to an end.

Six days. Three distances. So many races, emotions and memories that we’ll carry home with us.

DAY 5 - THE 2K !

Day 5 of CCWC took us to one of the toughest challenges of the championship — 2,000 metres.

Long distance and a completely different kind of race. It was all about endurance, rhythm, strategy and holding it together all the way to the finish.

Back on the 200m course at Liyu Lake!

Our Senior A Mixed Small Boat crew battled through another three races on the World Championship stage:

Heat — Race 325
6th -55.77

Repechage — Race 338
4th - 58.21

Semi-Final — Race 346
6th -56.96

From the opening heat, through the repechage and into Race 346 — the Semi-Final, our crew kept pushing all the way to our final 200m race of the championship.

Three races. One crew. Everything left on the water.

Day 3. Senior A Women. 200m.
Repechage.

One race. One chance to move forward.
We lined up, gave it everything, and crossed the finish line FIRST. 🔥

1st place |59.33

That finish earned our Senior A Women a place in the Grand Final, where we went on to finish 5th in the world.
