Lately I’ve been ‘stalked’ by a Queen of Swords card and everywhere I turn I’m being shown an image or a film scene of a woman holding a sword. Not that I take everything too literally because it’s good to maintain a healthy dose of skepticism for logical reasons and not everything is a sign. But the past week my personal daily card pulls involved at least a Queen of Swords.

Naturally I am the Queen of Cups but recent events have led me to deeper introspection and writing out my thoughts and emotions. After days of sleeping on it, it dawned on me that perhaps I’m being called to enforce stricter boundaries, getting clear with my desires, execute tasks that have been on hold and communicate effectively.

‘𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦?’

Since I can’t get it out of my head, I decided to pick up my pen and start doodling to see what comes up. Turns out, I have been wanting to draw something but I got distracted in between and made an excuse of having ‘artist block’. It’s pretty cool to me that a hunch to draw an archetype is a nudge to remember what I’m here for and how I can embody this energy.

This full moon in Leo invites us to really dive deep for introspection and see what’s illuminating.

For me, I’ve always been afraid to move forward for fear of rejection or being a laughing stock. Every time I run and hide, my fears find their way to me and I have no choice but to just f*** everything and do it scared.

The more I did it, those ‘big’ fears begin to look small and it no longer feels really scary. I start getting comfortable with being uncomfortable and just push my limits to see what I’m capable of and what I’m good at.
