Singapore, 5 January 2024 – Ms Grace Fu (59) was elected unopposed as the President of the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC) at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held today at the Singapore Sports Hub.

Ms Fu is a Member of Parliament and currently serves as the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment. She was appointed to oversee the nation’s sport agenda from 2015-2020 when she served as the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth.

Congratualtions to Team Singapore athletes on their performance in the recent Asian Games!

Over S$2 million awarded to Team Singapore medallists at SEA and Asian Games; Shanti Pereira the biggest winner Sprint queen Shanti Pereira received S$315,000 for her Asian Games gold and silver medals in Hangzhou, China, as well as her two SEA Games golds in Cambodia.
