Every Friday morning is our Mighty Kidyaletes Programme by @asportstifysg ! This programme exposes them to a variety of 14 sports, giving them the opportunity to learn and try out different sports during the fun and energetic sessions! Introducing multi-sports at a young age, our Little Kidyas were able to work on their fundamental movement skills. It also helps to develop both sports and life skills which can be applied in the long run or when they specialise in a certain sport. Through different sports, they are able to develop flexibility, core stability, strength, stamina, power and speed. It does not just improve their physical health but it taps on psychological and social health as well! Coach Shaf planned out a program comprising of multi sports - mainly ball sports, for their age group.

Introducing multi-sports to the young would benefit them in the long run. Being exposed to different sports allows children the opportunities to learn and play different sports, targeting the FUNdamental movements skills.

On top of FUN & Learn, Coach ShafShaf plans out sessions where parents are involved for a parent-child bonding through sports!
