BRING YOUR OWN BELL, and we are going outdoor!

Stronger.Together] and myself are going to teach you step-by-step, some basic juggling moves which you can eventually include to create a kettlebell flow of your own!

Having fundamental skills such as swing, sn**ch, clean and press would be beneficial!

However if you do not / have not use a kettlebell before, but is still interested in this event, we are still going to teach you the basic kettlebell swing, so you can still progress to juggling thereon.

This is suitable for all levels, so everybody is welcomed!

⚡️Interval training⚡️

We were comfortable completing phase 1 and 2 but phase 3 starts to get to tough🐺 by phase 4 we went crazy😂🤦🏽‍♀️

Phase 3, the goal is 16 sn**ches per 40 secs interval, to complete 80 sn**ches in 4 mins.

Did we make it to phase 4?
100 Snatches in 5mins⁉️💁🏼‍♀️
