Using sweetest yuzu from Shikoku (四国), Takeuchi Brewery uses low-pressure to squeeze out the perfect yuzu juice to the bottles.
From one of the oldest breweries in Japan since 1872, almost 150 years of history! The sake maker was once called "sake no kami" (God of Sake).
There are 7-8 yuzu used in every bottle!!
Sake content is made of Oumi Rice (近江米), a very famous Japanese rice ingredient
