Set in nature, the workouts suit both men and women and are set to retro music from the 1940s to 1980s mostly.

We led the public before the lockdown - and many seniors and exercise enthusiasts dancefitted their way through our sessions at Decathlon and other venues. Now the world has changed - so we film in solitary natural scenes like forests and by the sea, by lakes and hills.

With the lockdown, we decided to create videos in nature, tranquil nature scenes with solitary dancerfit routines which are interesting, reminiscent of popular tunes from yesteryear and designed to get the viewers moving for at least 30 minutes.
