Just last week during Christmas, the Singapore National Senior Dragon Boat Team was proud to support the Boys’ Brigade Share-a-Gift (BBSG) 2025 by stepping up where it mattered most — delivering hampers directly to families in need.

When there was an urgent call for delivery volunteers, the community came together swiftly. Every delivery slot was filled, and every hamper reached its destination — ensuring no family was left behind this festive season. ❤️

For us, teamwork doesn’t end on the water. The same coordination, commitment, and resilience we practise in dragon boating came alive on the roads, turning effort into impact and miles into meaning.

Grateful to stand alongside Boys’ Brigade and fellow volunteers in bringing warmth, dignity, and festive cheer to homes across Singapore.

The National Seniors Women’s Team came together to send off our National Women’s Team as they embark on their SEA Games journey.
Every athlete received a cookie of blessing — a small token carrying big wishes for courage, confidence, and success on the international stage.

Every cookie symbolizes not just the medal we believe awaits them, but the discipline, sacrifices, and journey of achievement ahead.
We paddle different races, but we share the same dream. Go forth with pride, fight with heart, and know that we are behind you every stroke of the way.

This Christmas, the Singapore National Seniors Dragon Boat Team is honoured to support the Boys’ Brigade Share-a-Gift for the 3rd consecutive year.

The values we uphold in dragon boating; teamwork, resilience, discipline and perseverance don’t just live on the water. They guide how we show up for our community, how we lift others, and how we paddle forward together as one Singapore.

This annual initiative is especially meaningful to us. Each gift represents hope, care, and the belief that no family should be left behind during the festive season. We are grateful for the opportunity to spread generosity, share warmth, and bring smiles to less fortunate families.

As we close out the year, may the spirit of giving remind us that strength is not just in our strokes, but in our hearts.

What a day at the Singapore Regatta WaterFest (SRW) 2025! is thrilled to have completed another powerful session and achieved a podium finish alongside the incredible crew.

We are so happy to be part of this experience and to be able to give back. It's a profound blessing and a humbling privilege to paddle not just for a medal, but for a greater purpose.

For us, this is all about helping the team and giving fantastic opportunities to the amazing Dragon Speed athletes—individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Intellectual Disabilities. Their sheer force of will on the water is our greatest inspiration.

This collaboration is proof that when we paddle together, we are truly winning in life.

We celebrate the sheer force of will from two remarkable adaptive teams who's members includes amputees and stroke survivors, and also individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Intellectual Disabilities.

​Their spirit—pushing boundaries and defying limitations—reminds us that this challenge isn't just about winning a race, but about winning in life together.

We come from different walks of life — different cultures, backgrounds, careers, and responsibilities. Some lead in the boardroom, some in our communities, some in their own quiet way.

What will be the assesment be like
- Ergometer (2 minutes)
- AMRAP (1 minute): 1. Pull Ups, 2. Push Ups, 3. Sit Ups
- Water Time Trial (150m up and down stream)
