To All the Amazing Kids of the Lion City Cup 2025,

First of all, a big congratulations to each and every one of you who took part in the Lion City Cup 2025! Whether you went home with a medal or not, you are all champions in your own way.

Winning medals is exciting, and it’s okay to feel proud if you did. But remember—Taekwon-Do is not just about winning. It’s about the journey: the effort you put in, the skills you learn, and how you grow as a person.

Every time you trained, you were becoming stronger—not just in your kicks and punches, but in your discipline, respect, and confidence. Every time you bowed to your opponent, you showed sportsmanship. Every time you stood up after falling, you showed courage. And every time you cheered for your teammates, you showed team spirit.

Sometimes, you may not win a medal—and that’s okay. That doesn’t mean you didn’t do well. In fact, some of the most important lessons come when things don’t go as planned. You learn how to keep trying, how to stay positive, and how to improve for the next time.

Even the best athletes in the world didn’t win every time. What made them great was their attitude and determination to keep learning and growing.

So take pride in what you achieved—just showing up, performing in front of a crowd, and giving it your best is something many people would find very brave.

Keep your head high, keep training, and remember: the journey is just as important as the destination. You’re not just learning Taekwon-Do—you’re building a stronger, kinder, and braver version of yourself.

We’re all very proud of you!

Well done, Lion City Cup warriors! 🥋💪

On behalf of the organising committee, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all participants and parents for your incredible support at the Lion City Cup 2025.

This tournament would not have been possible without your dedication, energy, and unwavering belief in our Taekwon-Do community. Your presence filled the venue with spirit, respect, and camaraderie—reminding us all of what martial arts truly stands for.

To the parents, thank you for your tireless support—from early morning preparations to cheering on from the sidelines. Your role in nurturing these young martial artists, encouraging their growth, and standing by them every step of the way is deeply appreciated.

To our participants, especially the children and teenagers who made up the heart of this tournament—your courage, discipline, and sportsmanship were truly inspiring. Whether it was your first competition or one of many, each of you stepped onto the mat with honour and determination. You are the reason this event was such a success.

We must also extend our sincere gratitude to the team of umpires. For the past few months, you have committed your time and effort to attend workshops, study rules, and prepare diligently for this day. Your professionalism and consistency ensured a fair, smooth, and respectful competition for all. Your contribution behind the scenes is immense, and we thank you for upholding the standards and integrity of our sport.

Together, you have made Lion City Cup 2025 not just a tournament, but a memorable and meaningful event for everyone involved. We look forward to seeing you again next year—stronger, prouder, and united through Taekwon-Do.
