I believe this has been long overdue, but everything happens in its own time, doesn't it? After taking a few months off and reflecting on various aspects, I am finally on the path that I've been yearning for as long as I can remember. I've always felt that my health and wellness journey can resonate with many, especially those climbing the corporate ladder, thriving in their professional lives, or juggling extreme busyness with the constant struggle to find balance between work, health, and overall well-being.

Having been a Personal Trainer for the past 3+ years as a freelancer, I decided to get certified as a Health Coach and Nutritionist. My goal is to offer support to busy professionals, helping them find balance and thrive in their health and well-being. Hence, Beyond Comfort was born (and yes, I am super proud of it!).

Throughout my 12-year journey, experiencing a myriad of ups and downs, I've realized the importance of relating to those facing similar challenges. That's why I've developed online programs for those committed to making a positive change. We are back with daily exercises ๐Ÿฅฒ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Letโ€™s train our chest with ๐Ÿ”ฅchest flyes๐Ÿ”ฅ

Do:
-Tighten your core
-Keep elbows slightly bent at all times
-Lower arms so they are in line with your chest
-With the same movement bring arms back up
-Keep arms right above your head

Donโ€™t:
-Take too heavy weights
-Drop your arms
-Go too fast

This is a modified version on the floor, as you get comfortable with the movement you can switch to laying down on a bench and start controlling your arms in the air. This exercise always helps me to feel my chest working so I highly recommend it. Please note tho to really not to use weights that you are not comfortable with.

Breakfast - the most important meal of the day ๐Ÿ˜

The other day for breakfast I had these amazing toasts that I feel like eating over and over again and all you need is:

-bread of choice (I used sourdough)
-ricotta
-bananas
-berries
-maple syrup

It is simple as that! All you have to do is toast the bread, grill bananas on the pan, put everything together and your breakfast is ready ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ”ฅ

It should never be very complicated to fully enjoy your meals ๐Ÿ˜‰

All you gotta do is say YEAH! ๐Ÿ”ฅ
