India is where all the yogic knowledge comes from. If not for India and lineage of Gurus, I would not be where I am today.

Hi all. Some of you may remember but we have supported operation-shanti.org, a children’s orphanage in Mysore (the home of ashtanga yoga), India. We received an email from them highlighting the plight Mysore is undergoing with COVID-19 and, long story short, appealing for donations. One of the kids has just tested positive and they are testing more kids and waiting on results.

Quoting from their email, “[They] are focusing on destitute individuals, trying to help who we can with cooked food, groceries, and easier and safer access to the COVID-19 vaccine. The government hospital is giving free Covid vaccines, but there is no social distancing in those crowds, so we are directing our people (who would typically use the gov't hospital because that is where the poor go by default) to private hospitals (which charge for the vaccines). We'll pay for their shots -- about $5.00 each.”

We will be making a donation to them. If you would like to join with us, please PayLah me whatever you feel you can or want to. No pressure from us whatsoever!
