Meet Simon!

As a frequent traveller for work, Simon used to struggle with staying on track β€” inconsistent routines, hotel meals, and long flights made it hard to follow any structured plan.

But instead of making excuses, Simon made a choice to take ownership of his health. While on the road, he prioritised his daily movement (averaging 15–20k steps weekly!) and stayed disciplined with his food, even during work trips.

Since then, Simon has dropped over 12kg, going from 81.6kg to 69kg. His strength and muscle mass have stayed consistent despite the weight loss, and he now feels much healthier, less lethargic, and more in control of his lifestyle.

Meet Deandra!

She came to us earlier this year wanting to feel her best for her big day next year πŸ‘°β€β™€οΈπŸ’ β€” and in just a few months, she’s made an incredible progress.

With consistent training and commitment to the process, Deandra dropped her body fat from 31.3% to 23%.

She stayed mindful while travelling often, prepped her own meals, and trained once a week with Coach Ely plus three solo sessions on her own.

Meet Adam!

When he first joined us, Adam wasn’t just looking to lose fat. He wanted to get stronger, reduce his risk of injury, and improve his overall body composition.

With consistent training twice a week under Coach James and smarter nutrition habits, Adam dropped his body fat from 28% to 20.4% and gained 4kg of lean muscle mass.

Meet Avrei!

She initially wanted to lose weight, build muscles and improve her overall fitness.

While she was already working out on her own, she struggled with accountability and lacked structure in her routine. Avrei also wanted to learn how to use different machines and improve her eating habits. Over the course of 5 months training under LVFT, she managed to lose a few kilograms and significantly increase her muscular strength.

With the right guidance and support from our coach, she has gained more confidence in training independently and now feels empowered to apply the knowledge she’s gained to her own fitness journey 🀝🏻

Meet Justin!

Meet Charlotte!

As a busy working mum, Charlotte found it challenging to stay consistent with her workouts, especially after pregnancy. She gained a significant amount of weight, struggled to lose it, and often felt unsure about what exercises to do.

After training with LVFT for a year, Charlotte learned how to improve her eating habits to best optimise her efforts in the gym. She lost 8kg while significantly improving her strength and mobility!

What’s truly inspiring is that Charlotte has embraced exercise as part of her daily life and continues to lift weights even after graduating from our programme.

Meet Jeff!

With a weight loss goal and a desire to improve his overall health, Jeff reached out to us for guidance on improving his eating habits and building strength. He also faced persistent knee injuries that made running both painful and challenging.

After 10 months of working with Ely, Jeff achieved an incredible transformation, going from 117kg to 91kg, losing a total of 26kg! He also got progressively stronger, lifting heavier with each session. On top of that, his knee injuries significantly improved, allowing him to run longer distances without the pain he once experienced.
