I went hiking wearing -level hiking boots that protect my ankles.

These days, when choosing hiking boots, I look most closely at:

1️⃣ Does it protect my ankles?
2️⃣ Is it lightweight?
3️⃣ Does it have good traction?

Wearing new hiking boots while climbing Seorak, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

✔️The slushy snow made it hard, but my feet didn't tire at all.
✔️The traction was perfect on the steep, 30-degree stone steps of Osaek.
✔️The sponge in the ankles hugged my ankles so well... I was a little touched.

My first impression upon putting them on was ✅
They're light!Many mid-level hiking boots are heavy, so they feel like they drain your energy more, but these are lightweight, which is nice because they save energy!

And the best part about wearing them was the cushioning!
They're lightweight, yet super soft, which was nice!

I went to see the snowy mountains and clouds of Bonghwasan with my new hiking boots, Altai Gear. Let me brag about my hiking boots😆✨

Even if you wear them for a long time, your feet won't get tired easily because of the cushioning, and they're waterproof, so I think they're good to wear in all four seasons👍
They're excellent for Korean terrain, so they have good grip, and the high-elasticity sponge on the ankle protects your ankle, so you won't get blisters.

I think shoes are the most important for hiking!
Comfortable feet are definitely the best👍✨

The design is also pretty, so I'm going to hike with this friend😆

I'm 240mm, so I wore the regular size that fits perfectly:)

My favorite hiking boots these days🖤

Review after hiking and backpacking in Neptune!

I usually wear hiking boots but my ankles often get sprained,
but thanks to the Altai Gear Neptune ankle pad, I was able to hike without worrying about my ankles getting twisted😀

Hiking boots that were a solid companion on the Maisan Cherry Blossom Road🌸
At first, I honestly fell in love with the pretty design,
but even on rocky roads, dirt roads, and steep uphills, they had good grip so I could climb them without slipping and with stability, and even though they are mid-level hiking boots, they were lighter than I thought, so I didn't feel burdened by long-distance hiking😉🌿

I recently hiked Bukhansan wearing the new 2025 hiking shoes from — the Jupiter model.

Since it's a brand new release, I wore them with the mindset of really putting them to the test. I have slightly wider feet, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they felt throughout the entire hike!

The shoes provided excellent overall support, and what stood out the most was the high-resilience sponge ankle padding, it made them easy to put on and take off, and also gave my ankles a soft, secure feel while walking. 👍🏻

There was still some snow left on Bukhansan, but thanks to the Vibram Megagrip outsole, the traction was solid. I didn’t even need crampons and had no issues with slipping!
