It's training program focuses on developmental milestones for children to adults. The sessions are lively, fast-paced, free-fencing bouts of physical chess that improves speed, agility, focus, endurance & psychomotor coordination. While actively sharing Japanese culture and etiquette, SpoChan promotes bonding through progressive fitness and skills conditioning and is a discipline beneficial to act

It is with a heavy heart that we bid final farewell to our master Shirai Masaru Shihan. He has passed on at age 96, on the 23rd of April 2021. Shirai Sensei and his family’s kindness, generosity and steadfastness will always be remembered by all whose lives had been transformed through his selfless care and counsel. Thank you for all the years of mentorship; for guiding us and teaching us to be better people, as martial artists, students and teachers, and in a large way, to become more loving as parents and invested community members. His legacy lives on in our hearts, his teachings we now share with the next generation of sportsmen and martial artists. We will always bear in mind to strive to be a generous friend wherever we may find ourselves; and that we only have to look within our own hearts, to face our own fiercest adversary... in skills & standards, as well as attitude, inside and outside the dojo, self-actualisation and personal mastery are the hallmarks of the TakushinKan family you have brought together.

How long will the restraint on Keiko continue? In this situation, let's commit ourselves to solo footwork practice.
