Was a tricky and bumpy journey with Siew Luan. Multiple rehab work, strengthening, shoulder/labrum tear! But all turn out good!

After a knee injury from soccer, Shane faced an unavoidable surgery. His unhealthy eating and sedentary lifestyle were affecting his health markers.

With dedication and training and knee rehabilitation together, Shane took control of his life. We restored his knee to full functionality, making it pain-free, and improved his cholesterol and health markers.

Working with Raen has been fun! Her goals were detailed and specific, and I had the fun to tweak her nutrition, lifestyle, and training just to suit her. Despite her busy schedule, getting the program in was never a problem for her.

What she lacked in the beginning was strength and muscle mass, as all she did was cardio.

She had neck compression issues, lower back problems, and shoulder problems but were all slowly resolved through rehab over time. These were all partly contributed by her high stress level at work, too. But when life gets rough, we just gotta bite on and stay on the right path💪
