WUYANG TIP OF THE WEEK TUESDAY: Always bring an extra top for workout. Though you may not be able to bathe at times, changing your top after a good workout will prevent you from catching a cold. Deodorant will also help reduce any unpleasant smell to your neighbours if you're taking public transport! - Chua Laoshi
