A lot of us think that we need to WAIT for “MORE” before we start.
Earn MORE money
Have MORE money
Lose MORE weight
Money is an illusion created by humans and it is the currency that we have to survive in this human world.
However, this is the reality that we tend to forget. We already have more, we have the abundance of the earth. The earth has enough for us to start living our life authentically anytime we want.
It is a choice.
It is a decision away.
I didn’t have a lot of cash for my Bali digital nomad dream to happen. But it didn’t stop me from visualising.
I set an intention that I want to experience living in Bali for a month while still have an online business of bringing women to their Body Freedom.
I still do the work to make it happen and it did.
I live my dream of living in Bali for a month, brought my mum along. Balance work and fun.
Living like a local, eating local food, my mum went to to the local market and cooked lots of meals, helping us to save $$.
Learning points:
1) You don’t have to wait for more money to travel.
2) It is possible to have an online business, the first priority has to be giving values to people and less about making money.
Once you place people first, there will be business.
3) Travel like local, travel don’t have to be touristy and luxurious.
4) Having a healthy physical body help me to live my dream life.
Live is too unpredictable and short to be living according to society idealism. Start to dream as big as you can and take actions towards it!
Break free from limiting beliefs!
Free your body, Free your soul and your mind.
It is possible.

Imagine yourself in 3 years time.
Who do you want to be?
What does this person look like?
What is she doing daily? What’s her daily habits and routine?
The only constant is change, and this change can go either way. You can change to become a better version of yourself or a worse version of yourself depending on your daily habits and actions.
To be successful in reaching your goal. You need to have a vision of WHO you want to become! That version of you that you want to be already exists in the parallel universe. It will become a reality if you prioritise the daily actions that align with the future you!

How often do you reflect on your biggest key moments which you felt the most fulfilled?
We often looked at our failures & how to overcome those failures instead of looking at our achievement & double down on those achievements!
One of my biggest achievement is leaving my corporate job of 9 years, I took a leap of faith to quit my job to get unstuck from feeling despair everyday even though I don’t have a huge client base yet to start my business.
I realised that I am a huge action taker, if I know exactly what is that one step that could move me forward, I would go ahead and DO IT without hesitation.
Today, my business is growing and I have served 30 new clients so far in 5 months!
I am going to double down on my strengths which is taking actions that can move me forward everyday.

You are not alone.
Are you used to handling life’s challenges on your own?
You are afraid to share your story or ask for help?
Did you fear that when you share your story, people won’t be able to help anyway, and you don’t want to be a burden to others?
You fear of being judge.
Therefore, you bottled up all your negative emotions, and it become an unstoppable downward spiral into a dark hole where you felt alone, full of anxiety and depression.
This is me.
I like to handle challenges on my own, I don’t want to be a burden. I won’t share my story unless it is fully processed.
I feel that I will get judge by others if I tell them my story.
Where is this coming from? Because I know I will judge a little when people share their story. Therefore, I think that others will judge me too.
I slowly come to realise that there are people who genuinely want to help if I allow myself to receive.
If you are facing challenges alone, remember these:
1️⃣ If you don’t share what’s going on, your friends and family won’t know that you need help.
2️⃣ There are people who will help you.
3️⃣ When you share, you will be surprise that other people faced similar issues before.
