Habit formation is the process by which new behaviors become automatic.

1️⃣ Decide on a goal that you would like to achieve for your health.

2️⃣ Plan when and where you do your chosen action. Be consistent of the time and place. It will get easier with time and within 8 to 10 weeks you will find you're doing it without having to think about it.
