Mini tennis isn’t just a warm-up. It sets the tone for your entire session.
It helps you:
• Find your rhythm and timing
• Improve touch, control, and feel
• Warm up the body without over-hitting
• Build consistency in your shots
When you rush straight to the baseline, you often tense up and rush your shots too.
Start with a smaller court. If you’re able to hit cleanly with a slower swing, you can do so when you start accelerating faster from the baseline too.
Do you usually start your sessions with mini tennis, or do you skip it? 👇

Who else misses him? 🥹
This is how you hit a proper kick serve.
The secret?
The ball toss.
Watch how Ben tosses the ball behind him, with the contact point around 1–2 o’clock.
For right-handers, aim for 10–11 o’clock.
This toss position lets you swing up and across the ball — brushing from low to high to create that heavy topspin that jumps off the court.
When the toss sits behind you, your body naturally arches, coils, and loads…
and that’s what gives the kick serve its height and bounce.
