Bringing together Junior Rugby across Singapore We formed to create a professionallly run competition for the junior rugby clubs in Singapore.

Building on the successes of the first two years, we now embark on a program to ensure that our stakeholders (our kids .. and parents) are actively engaged and eager to grow the game together!
