I’m thrilled to be presenting at this year’s CoachUp at Dulwich College (Singapore)! ✨
As an ADHD and Executive Functioning Coach, I work closely with parents to support their neurodivergent children, but real progress happens when we bring educators into the conversation too.
My workshop, Parent Partnerships Through a Coaching Lens, will explore how a coaching-informed mindset can help navigate challenging conversations and turn them into powerful opportunities for collaboration.
When parents and educators work together as allies, neurodivergent students are better understood, better supported, and better equipped to reach their full potential. 💙

One of the things I love most about coaching is witnessing those subtle but powerful mindset shifts, the ones that change how we connect with the people we care about most. This thoughtful feedback from a parent client really captures that journey.
If you’re parenting a neurodivergent teen and feeling stuck, know that there are supportive, practical tools that can help. You're not alone in figuring it out.
You’re always welcome to book a free discovery call if you’d like to explore how coaching could support you and your teen. 🌿

Living with ADHD or challenges related to executive functioning can make everyday tasks feel overwhelming, and it's easy to lose sight of your strengths. However, those strengths are still there. You are creative, capable, and determined, even when the world and your brain make it difficult to see.
Coaching can help you reconnect with the tools you already possess and develop new strategies for the journey ahead. 🌿✨

Coaching isn’t about giving advice; it’s about asking the right questions, creating a safe space to explore, and building the support and accountability that leads to real change.
This feedback from one of my clients beautifully captures the heart of what I aim to offer in each session.
If you’re feeling stuck due to procrastination, overwhelm, or difficulty focusing, ADHD coaching can help you gain clarity and confidence to move forward. Through structured accountability, task breakdown, and support, coaching can help you develop sustainable habits that fit into your life.

“You’re so smart!”
It sounds like a compliment, and it is! But if we ONLY praise results, our kids may start to fear failure or feel like their worth is tied to achievement.
What if we focused on effort, process, and persistence instead?
Praising how they approach challenges helps build resilience and a growth mindset, skills that matter far beyond any single test or grade.
What’s one thing you’ve said to encourage effort recently? Let’s share ideas below ⬇️

Exams can seem overwhelming for both teenagers and parents. If your ADHD teen struggles with procrastination, last-minute cramming, or exam anxiety, you’re not alone. Many traditional study techniques do not work for neurodivergent students, and parental support can sometimes feel more like taking control than providing help.
Join me for a 30-minute session as we explore:
✅ Why do ADHD brains struggle under exam pressure, and what strategies can help
✅ The Procrastination Cycle, why it happens and how to help your teen break free of it
✅ ADHD-friendly strategies you can implement right away
Although these strategies are designed for students with ADHD, they can be helpful for any student who struggles with focus, procrastination, or task paralysis during exams.
