Beyond meeting one of the fastest men in history, the highlight was gaining valuable insights into long-term athlete development—from building strong foundations in youth to achieving sustained success at the highest level.

These exchanges reinforce the importance of collaboration, continuous learning, and investing in the next generation of athletes and coaches.

Looking forward to bringing these valuable lessons back to Singapore and continuing to build better pathways for youth athletics.
