GUK Stainless Steel Bottles

Share

GUK is one of the few water bottles in the market offering "100% stainless steel" contact.

Safer than plastic and better for the environment, water simply loves GUK! Read ‘geuk’, the name ‘GUK’ was hence derived from the familiar sound of one drinking, or gulping water – that simple pleasure which we begin to experience from the time we are born. And just like GUK the baby whale, those who choose to use GUK are those that love water and love them the way they should be – pure, clean, and safe.

Could this mean the end of the line for the plastic water bottle? 25/03/2013

''People think they're just using the water that comes out of the spring,'' Dee says. ''But the quality of spring water much of the time isn't that great. It has to be filtered, just like tap water.''

Could this mean the end of the line for the plastic water bottle? It's a battle over billions, but both sides agree plastic bottle sales are falling, writes David Sygall.

Have a blessed Christmas everyone!

We felt compelled to share a story with everyone today, about the demise of one such bottle. Needless to say, some of us at GUK have fallen prey to the allure of plastic bottles at times, the sexy curves, the bright neon colors, the light feeling and the transparency of them. Gee it's cool to be able to see how much water I have left in my plastic bottle. And oh, the convenient click caps that come with them are so irresistible too! I mean, it's not easy to stay firm to your stainless steel bottles with these plastic bottles all over the supermarkets and department stores!

But what happened today is a perfect tale of trend versus classic, and price versus quality. The trendy, superlight and clickable plastic bottle fell from the car as the door opened, and off came the cap. It could no longer be fastened properly, and in one instant it became trash, cheap trash.

Choose quality over price. And choose steel over plastic. We'll guarantee your stainless steel bottle won't break with a fall from the car seat.
