We regret to share that swimming classes for 12YO and below will be temporarily suspended from September 27 to October 24 due to the tightening of COVID-19 Measures. However, these measures are essential to keep our children in a safe place during this tough time!

Top:
There is no coordination for the stroke and he did not complete his pull phase.

Bottom:
Much better coordination from Mr R. Able to correct his pull phase.

Mr R have very tight shoulders which restrict his shoulder rotation movement. Thus, you will see that he cannot lift his arms any higher for the recovery phase.
