Each Swim Australia Teacher course has a total duration of either 17 or 11 hours, depending on the programme. NROC coaches will be able to claim 10 CCE hours upon completion of each of the entire course.

Another assessment cycle completed! Every kiddo gave their very best, showing courage, determination, and resilience in every lap. There were tired faces, aching muscles, and plenty of deep breaths—but also countless moments of growth.

Now it's time to celebrate all that hard work. Next week, we put the stopwatches aside and bring on the smiles, laughter, and team spirit.
