In a healthy pregnancy, functional squats actually strengthen your PF.

The "weakness" people worry about is usually due to poor breathing mechanics.

Let's face it. Pull ups are a badass move, especially for women

โ™ฆ๏ธNo sergeant in the Army forced us to train them. We weren't in NS.

โ™ฆ๏ธGenetically, our ratio of upper body to lower body muscles is less than men ( women have stronger lower body).

โ™ฆ๏ธ It's an outward representation of inward discipline, consistency, and mental strength. It can't be done overnight.

Once again, we didn't ๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ท๐˜ฆ to. We ๐™˜๐™๐™ค๐™จ๐™š to.
