Get a Stronger Shoulder; We Need It
Try this series of exercise and feel the burn on the shoulders!
1) Kick Through (dead feet) - 10 reps
2) S.A side swing with HALO - 5.5 reps
3) S.A swing to catch - 5.5 reps
4 rounds with plenty of rest after each round

2 of my 🔥 favourite moves for a quick workout
1) Landmine s/a clean to lunge position and press
2) Hanging strict toe to hit bar (minimise to no momentum)
10 reps for each exercise (5/5 for landmine), no rest between exercises, 2 mins rest between sets
6 rounds
