Hi, I’m Rose, and I’ve spent my life dedicated to nurturing, teaching, and empowering others. For over 30 years, I’ve been a school teacher here in Singapore, shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. As a 50plus-year-old mother of two wonderful boys, I understand the challenges of balancing family, career, and personal well-being. It’s this journey that has inspired my second calling as a personal fitness trainer.
In early 2023, I embarked on my own fitness journey with the help of a trainer. What started as a desire to stay healthy became a life-changing passion. I realised how empowering it feels to build strength, resilience, and confidence through fitness. This newfound passion motivated me to dive deeper, and in early 2024, I became a certified personal fitness trainer. Since then, I’ve earned specialised certifications in elderly exercise, pregnancy and postpartum fitness, nutrition, and sports science.
Through my personal fitness training business, I’ve had the privilege of guiding women to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and judgment-free environment. With every client I work with, I see the transformation not just in their bodies but in their confidence and outlook on life.
Fitness isn’t just about exercise; it’s about reclaiming your time, your health, and your strength. I’m here to make that journey enjoyable, achievable, and sustainable—because every woman deserves to feel strong and empowered.
