PCFS at the 2026 MetaSprint Duathlon

The 2026 MetaSprint Duathlon was a meaningful race day for the Para Cycling Federation of Singapore (PCFS). Kenneth, Pei Pei and Ann took to the course supported by an amazing team of coaches, volunteers and teammates.

After arriving early with Coach Mike to receive the tandem bike and prepare for the race, we linked up with our volunteer runners, Eleri and Cristal. The atmosphere was focused and positive — everyone had a role to play.

The race began at 7:40 AM with the runners setting off first. Kenneth delivered a strong ride, very close to his personal target. Pei Pei and Ann also rode with confidence and consistency, maintaining a steady pace.

Most importantly, all runners completed the race safely and the team finished the event with medals in hand.

This race was a reminder that every early training session in Seletar, every piece of guidance from our coaches, and every bit of teamwork contributes to reaching the start line.

A big thank you to Coach Mike, Manaf and Jingyi for their support, and to everyone who made the day possible.

We’re proud of the team and excited to keep building momentum for the races ahead! 💪

Today, PCFS held its first-ever National Para Cycling Classification, a big step forward for our para cycling community. 💪

Classification is vital in para sport — it ensures fair and meaningful competition by grouping athletes based on how their impairment impacts performance.

This marks the start of a stronger pathway for para cyclists in Singapore, opening doors for more athletes to be assessed, supported, and ready to race! 🌟

Here’s to many more years of classifications and growth for para cycling in Singapore!
