It’s often easy to show perfection, the end results when everything goes right. In our Diver Education Programs, we often have to work with divers to help unlearn pre-exisiting habits, in order to teach them another way to dive. Here’s a snippet of what goes on in our Peak Performance Buoyancy Workshop, where we introduce concepts of trim, neutral buoyancy, and proper propulsion to our seminar candidates. What you will see is not perfect, but rather divers striving hard towards bettering their core dive skills.
