We asked our U9 players and their parents, not forgetting our Head Coach, one simple question:

“How does it feel to win the tournament and bring home the championship trophy?” 🏆

Their reactions said everything, beaming smiles that wouldn’t fade, eyes filled with joy and disbelief, and proud hearts overflowing with emotion. Every cheer, every hug, and every tear of happiness reflected just how much this moment meant, making every sacrifice along the way feel truly worth it.

🏆 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Just when we thought the celebrations were over after our U12 team brought home medals at Pesta Sukan, our U9 boys gave us another reason to celebrate!

Led by our Head Coach, Coach Afiq, Hexacore Football Academy emerged as CHAMPIONS of the SGIA Boys U9 Tournament! 🏆⚽

Our journey wasn’t easy. We started the day with a win in our opening match before suffering a narrow one-goal defeat in our second game. Instead of letting the setback affect them, the boys showed incredible character, bounced back with a convincing win in the final group-stage match, and earned their place in the semi-finals against one of the tournament’s strongest teams.

The boys listened, trusted the game plan, and executed the coaches’ instructions brilliantly. Their teamwork, discipline, and determination saw them overcome the challenge and book a place in the final.

In the final, we faced the very same team that had beaten us earlier in the tournament. Both teams fought hard, but our boys were determined to make things right. They showed resilience, belief, and heart to claim a 2-1 victory, crowning themselves SGIA Boys U9 Champions! 🥇

This wasn’t just a trophy—it was a reward for the boys’ hard work, discipline, and never-give-up attitude.

Congratulations to every player, coach, and parent who played a part in this achievement. Thank you for your unwavering support.

Admin Nisa
Admin & Head of Marketing

From an Assistant to a Management role, Nisa has shown her willingness to step up whenever the academy needed her. She first joined as an Assistant to the Head of Admin, but when the opportunity to take on a bigger responsibility arose, she didn’t hesitate to accept the challenge.

Today, she serves as our Head of Marketing, leading our social media presence and ensuring our academy’s journey is shared with everyone. Beyond that, she also plays an important role in managing logistics, from preparing players’ training kits to organising tournament kits.

Her dedication, initiative, and commitment have made her a valuable part of the Hexacore family. She is proof that growth comes to those who are always ready to step forward and serve.

Coach Shuk
Assistant Head Coach | Head Coach for U12

Coach Shuk is one of the key coaches who plays a big role in guiding our older age groups, especially the U12 team. He helps oversee training across all categories and takes charge whenever our Head Coach, Coach Afiq, is not around, ensuring every session runs smoothly.

Despite working full-time, Coach Shuk still makes time to be on the field every Sunday. Coaching the players is something he truly enjoys, and their energy and passion for football motivate him just as much as he motivates them.

His calm approach, dedication, and experience help our players grow with confidence, discipline, and teamwork.

🎉 Fun Fact: Coach Shuk can be fierce but loves to dance… yes, we’re still waiting for him to show us his best moves!
