How to use your wrist in badminton effectively.

With a good wrist movement, players can create explosive power to their shots & also allow more deceptive shots.

[Backhand lifting] A defensive shot used to break your opponent's spin & send the shuttle to the back court. Without a good backhand lift, your opponent has a v good chance to do a smash from half court.

As you level up, your action to do the backhand lift will get smaller, while creating the same power to lift the shot to back court:

🔥 Level 1: Shoulder + Elbow + Wrist
🔥🔥 Level 2: Elbow + Wrist
🔥🔥🔥 Level 3: Wrist
