Ruben Loganathan, after years of not coming in champion, came in first in boys under 20, National Schools' Cross Country Championships. Tan Mariviv has written a short write up and will be following up with an interview of the race soon. Head Stand - King of Yoga - Flexi Fitness 11/03/2018

One of the pose which corrects the spine is Head Stand. In order to grow taller, I learnt this when I was young in SJI, when I was about 15 year old, from a teacher. Head Stand is best of all yoga poses and it is excellent for spine if done correctly. It is the king of Yoga as it gives the most benefit of all the Yoga postures.

It is important to expose the kids to multi sport so that they do not burn out. At the same time, kids also develop coordination and motor skill from a variety of games and sports. Speed and stamina should be infused in games and sport in order to make the activity fun so that kids have sustained interest to take a sport as a lifelong activity.
