Whether it is Yoga, Pilates, mobility or mindfulness classes, we have something for you. We prioritise YOU and we mean it.
Our space is a non-intimidating, non-judgmental and nurturing one in which we respect you for who are you on any particular day. Our teachers see you for what you bring on that day -- good and not so good. Come as you are, practise as you feel.
We are here to support your wellness journey. Experience the Kate Porter Yoga difference.

Experience a deep reset for your body through passive and supported stretches in Yin Yoga. When the body is calm and is able to let go of the tensions and stresses in our daily lives, the mind then receives a deep rest via the resonance and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and other various sound instruments, all designed to help you re-calibrate your inner body.
As part of our 'Invite a Guest' to KPY offer in June, let us know if you'd like to use your pack to bring a friend or family member to soak in this experience with you. Email us at [email protected].
