All it takes is 2 weeks - Fitnesscurry Hello! this is going to be a very quick update. So this is about how i have been back at training after a 2 month long hiatus. The quick update is: after 2 weeks I’ve regained 80% of the strength and I am close to where I was before I stopped physique wise. So all I want to say is, it really takes just two weeks for you to really get back in the groove. [ 315 more words. ]

This speaks my mind in one sentence. I've made several life changes in the past two years it was indeed scary. I still have so many choices and decisions ahead which are even scarier but I'll take that anyday over the feeling of regret.

Looking to spice up boring bodybuilding meals the healthy way? Mrs dash spices to the rescue. They're salt free and have 0 p/c/f.

Don't think all your spices come calorie free, for example red pepper has 300+ kcals for 100grams.

Not saying everything is weighed against calories but mrs dash is a great option when you are tracking plus don't want too much unknown salt in your food!

Here's something I'd been thinking for a while and hence took a passive stand on social media. Indeed, I realized I am enough :-)

With that another thing that I'm going to only post if I have something of value to add, something really worth sharing. Not how I feel everyday after working out (I've put that for Instagram as it's much more closer to me than Facebook)

So I'm going to be posting less but hopefully helpful to all! I will share my journey here and there in bits and pieces as well but not very aggressively.

Because using machines the way they are supposed to be is so mainstream. And i wonder why I get weird looks in the gym :P well, now you know!!!


Try this variation on the outer thigh machine thing! Really awesome for the glutes :-)
