There are rare occasions when we make mistakes. When that happens, I believe the most important thing is to acknowledge the problem, stay in touch with the customer and see it through until it’s resolved.

We had a miscommunication with the factory on a recent futsal jersey order. We worked through it, and the jerseys were delivered on time. The customer later shared this review:

The same red-and-white identity was carried across all three styles, giving the collection a consistent look while catering to different apparel requirements.
