Golden Rooster Challenge: Stand on one leg. Hands at chest. Now, do it SLOWLY. Take 5 full seconds to lift, 10 seconds to hold with perfect calm. Feel the burn in your standing leg? That’s strength building. Feel your mind focusing? That’s the point.

Key Technical Cues:
Stance: A deep, open bow stance. Sink the center, keep the torso upright. The back foot stays rooted, knee not collapsing.
Arm & Hand: Extend the arm to just below knee level. Press down through the palm root, fingers slightly drawn in.
Power Source: The movement is led by a slow, controlled waist turn. Do not lead with the shoulders.
