Practice Session 2 for Handstand & Wheel Pose.
Managed to get slightly better this time since I had slightly more control over my body.
Note:- Total Duration - 35 mins for both & 15 mins good stretch.
Its been donkey years & yet I don't know why have so much of interest when it comes to LEGS DAY.
All I know what it does to the body after the recovery which is makes me feel stronger & muscular, keep my posture aligned, work on my core & many more.
I don't go heavy on it rather add some functional movements & keep it medium to heavyweight. if you want to grow bigger then you will have to go heavy on your legs day (more weights).
EXERCISES:-
1. Squats
2. Bulgarian/Split Lunges with KB (Kettle Bell)
3. Box Step up with Reverser Lunges with DB (Dumbbells)
4. Hip Thrust
WHAT I DID FOR MY WORKOUT TODAY IN LESS THAN 45 MINS SESSION.
A quick Fat Burner workout.
Here is the PLAN:-
GROUP A (Any 2 Combination)
30x5 sec – Box jumps
20 sec – Rest in b/w
30x5 sec – Explosive Step Up
90 SEC REST in B/W
GROUP B (Any 2 Combination)
30x5 sec – Burpees
20 sec – Rest in b/w
30x5 sec – Altn. Leg Hops (15 sec each leg)
{20 Mins Body Stretch + 20 mins HIIT}
Trust me, Its a killer and intense if less than 20 sec REST is taken in between.
